If the payment is made using other methods, I do not send the products, until the payment is cleared. Shipping

I ship Worldwide by USPS or UPS. The shipping prices are defined in each listing. In some cases, the calculation of the shipping is made once you select the service and are based on the product, weight and destination. There is a quick shipping calculation that can be performed based on your shipping zip code or region. Delivery

We do our best to ship within 1 - 3 days after receiving payment. All orders are shipped twice a week as it requires a special trip to the post office and lots of forms to fill out. Your order will typically takes 6 to 10 days to arrive. Outside of the United States and Canada, your shipment time will vary depending upon the type of service you select. International orders are shipped airmail by the US Postal Service which takes 5 to 15 days from the time that your order is shipped, so in general allow us until 3 weeks for your order to arrive

Refunds & Returns

100% Satisfaction Guaranteed - If the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within ten (10) days of the date you received it in its original condition for an exchange or refund. Anytime a problem exists that is due to our error (for example the wrong product is shipped or there is a defect in the product) we would offer a replacement with no additional cost incurred to the customer.

If the return is requested simply because there has been a change of heart (which rarely ever happens since our products are pleasant!) we can offer a refund. The refund would be what you paid for the item less the shipping. We do not refund shipping costs for returned merchandise. Once the product is received and checked on our end, the refund will be initiated. Generally we allow 10 days from the time you receive your order to notify us of any problems or returns that may be needed.
